For most everyone the idea of recycling, doing your part, and clean renewable energy strikes a heart chord in most of us. “The children are our future, teach them well and let them lead the way”. Isn’t green energy offering a brighter future for our children and enlightening them as to how they should lead the world in the future? The green energy movement has done its job in teaching the children to protect the environment but these US spoiled brats still do not know how to not be a consumer and so they vote on political lines.
The democratic party has the answer in that they will make gas, coal, and oil production so costly through carbon emissions taxes and laws that companies and states will be forced to build out solar, ethanol, and wind turbine technologies. Unfortunately these renewable energy technologies are all very land intensive and paint a green energy picture without any of the benefits. The young teenager hipsters like the change they perceive in the form of making the dumb US masses use green energy whether they like it or not because it sounds cool.
In the UK and Germany the liberal hipsters there were hoodwinked into the cool green energy movement as well because the politicians forced green energy to be used because of taxes and subsidies to go all out renewable. What has happened is that electricity is in short supply in both the UK and Germany and people are soon faced with the prospect of choosing what times during the day they can even use electricity. Commercial businesses and residential homes will have to pick when they can even use electricity because large investments in wind power and solar have not created the green energy future they had hoped for.
Politicians are able to create a fanciful green future for the voting public to believe in as they see a way to make the children seem as if they are creating a new cleaner brighter future for the world. Young idealists really think they are doing amazing things in the US by voting for the most liberal president in US history under the platform of “change”, Barack Obama, and riding their bike around on the weekends to save the environment from oil pollution. In reality this green future has already been done in Europe and is crashing down as we speak as countries like Germany and the UK make 360’s back to cheap trustworthy oil, natural gas, and coal electricity production.
The US government is still attempting to pass legislation to make electricity, gasoline, and other energy sources so expensive for the average consumer that we will have to default to using green energy technology. Through government subsidies green energy will look much less expensive, cleaner, and overall a better way to go compared to antiquated fuel sources like gasoline, oil, coal, and natural gas. People will soon be saying , green energy is the smarter way to go in regards to how much cleaner the environment is and how much cheaper it is compared to fossil fuels. This green energy dream will soon crash down on the young idealistic teenagers and their hippy pot smoking parents as we experience the energy crisis currently happening in the UK and Germany right now!
